We listen, act, and transform
I have worked with people from a wide range of clinical issues across the lifespan.
Since 2008, I have cultivated a successful private practice, transitioning exclusively to virtual therapy in 2018. Prior to opening my practice, I spent seven years as a therapist in a grant based program that offered free service to children and their families. Previous to that, I was a family worker employed by a non-profit agency that was located throughout New Hampshire. I have been working with children, adolescents, individuals and families in and out of the Court system since 2002. Through my doctoral experience, I worked in a college wellness center. I have also been a consultant to a university wellness center.
Throughout my career, I have continued to stay current in best practice. I was chosen by the State of NH to participate in the IC&RC test question development, serving as a Subject Material Expert for the Advanced Addictions National Board Exam. I have participated and served on multiple Boards, including the NH Psychological Association and Drug Free WilCo in Tennessee. I also have been a participant of several published studies, including the Parent-Infant Attachment Project. I have completed EMDRIA's EMDR specified training for Certification as an EMDR Professional, have maintained Certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional, as well as a Certification as a DBT Professional.
I offer psychological services for adolescents, adults, parents and their children, couples and families. My tailored approach to each individual is informed by a diverse skill set and advanced training. I help empower and strengthen my clients' existing skills which I believe helps to navigate people toward a happier and healthier life.
My goal has been to help clients successfully navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges.
